What method of shipping do you use?

We us the United States Postal System for all of our shipping. Customers, however, may request a shipping method they prefer.

Do you sell and ship Internationally?

We do sell and ship worldwide.

Is Insurance required on items?

Insurance is optional on the majority of our items, however, on some oitems insurance is required. Please see item description for this requirement. Insurance is not offered on international shipments.

What is your return policy?

Satisifaction guaranteed!! Items must be returned within 10 days for a full refund less shipping costs.

Why don't we show our high-end Father Frosts, which they see at the shows in which we participate, on our website?

Many of the more expensive Father Frosts we display at the shows are one-of-a kind, or very limited editions and we believe that people need to see these pieces up close and personal, touching, examining, etc. before making the decision to purchase these pieces. If you have seen a Father Frost at one of our shows and it is not on our website PLEASE contact us and we will be happy to send you pictures of the piece.
